DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

§1 INFORMATION ON THE RECORDING OF PERSONAL DATA

(1) In the following we would like to inform you about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data is all data that has a personal reference to you, for example name, address or e-mail address.

(3) When contacting us via e-mail or a contact form the data that you supply (your e-mail address, your name etc. will be saved by us in order to respond to your queries. Legal basis for processing your data for contract-related enquiries is art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR. For other enquiries we base the processing of your data on art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data collected in relation to this will be deleted by us as soon as storage is no longer necessary, or processing limited, where a statutory retention requirement exists.

 

(4) If, for individual functions of our offer, we are required to resort to contracted service providers or wish to use your data for advertising reasons, we shall inform you below in detail of the respective procedures. We also state the specified criteria for the duration of data storage.

§6 USE OF 1&1 WEBANALYTICS

(1) We use the web analysis service 1&1 WebAnalytics to analyse the use of our website and regularly improve it. With the statistics acquired we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Legal basis for the use of 1&1 WebAnalytics is art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

 

(2) In 1&1 WebAnalytics data is collected exclusively for statistical analysis and the technical optimisation of the web offer. The data collected by 1&1 WebAnalytics is processed completely anonymously and not combined with other data – for example, collected by us. Direct identification of persons can therefore be excluded. (3) You may object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of data analysis at any time. Please address your objection to the office named under § 1 paragraph 2 of this declaration. Please also note § 5of this declaration in this respect.
