SUSTAINABLE & ECOLOGICAL FISH FARMING

All sturgeons in our stock come from our own breeding. For reproduction purposes we sort out parent animals according to certain criteria, such as health, precocious stage, size and color of the grain. In the breeding and fattening of the sturgeons we use only feed that is free of genetically modified ingredients and no drugs, hormones or antibiotics are used.

We are constantly developing ourselves and the rearing of sturgeon and through our work we have developed caviar from aquaculture into a top quality product, which is in no way inferior to wild caviar. We are proud that we accompany the sturgeon in our aquaculture on its complete life cycle. From hatching and breeding to the finished caviar, everything comes from our hand.
